New PandaMonium Episode Goes Public on Saturnday

The 34th episode in my review series will have its public live premiere this upcoming Saturnday, November 23 at Noon east coast time. It covers High Velocity: Mountain Racing Challenge , which first released in Japan as Touge King the Spirits . This is the first racing game created by CAVE, perhaps more well known for its legacy of “bullet hell” shmups like the DonPachi series.

Featuring translated magazine interviews and in-depth research, this roughly 1.5 hour video aims to highlight the lesser celebrated racer. Its 3D graphical prowess is a true show of force for an early third party Saturn title.
